How Coaching Works:

Coaching is about having a collaborative partner who will work with you to create action plans that move you forward to accomplish your goals and dreams. It’s about having someone on your team to support you in your endeavors. A coach believes that you have the ability to create your own best answers, and is trained to support you in doing this.

I offer coaching sessions on the phone. We will start with an intake packet, which will give me the information needed to start the coaching process. That will include your short and long term goals. For each call, I ask that you bring your agenda of items and I will help you solve problems and make the most of opportunities. When you are working on a large goal, I will help you create a plan of action and support you in whatever way necessary until the goal is achieved. I will offer advice, hold you accountable to your goals, help you strategize, and celebrate your wins.

During your coaching sessions I will be listening fully to what you say, what you are trying to say, and what you aren’t saying. You can expect me to be unconditionally constructive, yet straightforward during our sessions. I will only say things that further your life and your goals, however on occasion I will ask you to start, stop, or modify something…and you will have the choice to accept, decline, or negotiate that request.

Through my use of powerful questions your personal discovery and clarity will be enhanced. And as your perspective shifts more possibilities will be seen and you will have more options to choose from. My desire is for you to be inspired to take action, which will result in your personal growth and increased effectiveness. Our coaching conversations, combined with tools and assessments, will help us capitalize on your strengths and work to achieve your goals and intentions.

Coaching is all about YOU! Our sessions will focus on what YOU need. Our goal is to get to the heart of who YOU are as a person so we can clarify what YOU seek. We will identify and remove any fears or limiting beliefs that might be getting in your way and move forward toward your goals.
