The pandemic and politics have taken a toll on all of us. Some of our close relationships have suffered too. As life begins its slow return to normal, let’s talk about how to restore a relationship that’s suffered.
Spring cleaning is an opportunity to renew and refresh our surroundings; it’s about a good deep cleaning and clearing out the clutter. This year, let’s give your soul that same level of attention. There are 4 things you can do to create space inside of you so that you can be fully present in your life.
Spring cleaning is that once yearly good scrubbing we give to the spaces we usually ignore in our homes. It’s a level of care and attention that, as women, we often fail to give the places inside ourselves. This year, I’m proposing something different: I’d like you to spring clean your soul instead.
What does it mean to thrive?
Thriving is feeling empowered and abundant. Thriving is living life on your terms and acknowledging that you can achieve whatever you desire.
You might be thinking to yourself, I wish that were me.
Perhaps, instead, you feel powerlessness? Scarcity? Like you’re following a plan somebody else prescribed for you?
If this is you, it’s important to be aware that you do have power over your circumstances. You can develop yourself. You have the ability to thrive.
And thriving begins with cultivating your six pillars.
It felt like everything changed last year.
